We are excited about the upcoming 2012-2013 season.The following information will help you get off to an effective start.

Before any student athlete may particicpate all paperwork must be correctly filled out and on file in the athletic office.

IHSAA Physical Form

Emergency Card

Concussion Form

Code Of Conduct

Insurance Fee and Form

Open gym begins on August 28 for all prospective players not participating in a fall sport and is currently planned to be held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
